His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday congratulated Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on the safe return of the Qatari citizens who had been kidnapped in Iraq. 

In a telephone call, King Abdullah and the Qatari emir also discussed bilateral relations and regional developments.
