His Majesty King Abdullah has sent a cable to Russian President Vladimir Putin, expressing condolences over the victims of the residential building collapse caused by a gas explosion in the city of Magnitogorsk.

In the cable, King Abdullah expressed sympathies to President Putin, the bereaved families and the people of Russia, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
