His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, visited today the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Centre (KASOTC) and attended part of the fifth annual Warrior Competition’s activities.
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Gen. Mashal Al Zaben received King Abdullah at the event, which concluded on Thursday.
A total of 35 special forces teams from 18 Arab and foreign countries took part in the competition, which opened on Sunday.
Organised by the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) and the King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Centre, the competition showcases the skills of counter-terrorism teams and special forces.
