His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF), accompanied by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, on Monday attended celebrations marking the anniversary of Army Day and the Great Arab Revolt.

King Abdullah bestowed medals on several officers and members of the JAF, the Public Security Department, the General Intelligence Department and the Civil Defence Department in recognition of their services and distinguished track records.
