His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday arrived in Oslo on the third leg of a tour that has taken him to the UK, the US and includes Sweden.

King Harald V and Queen Sonja held a dinner banquet in honour of King Abdullah.

His Royal Highness Prince Ghazi Bin Mohammad, the King's Special Adviser and Personal Envoy, attended the banquet along with a number of Norwegian royal family members.

King Abdullah will hold talks today with Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg and senior officials that will focus on efforts geared towards bringing about peace and stability in the Middle East and bilateral ties.
