King Arrives In Malaysia

His Majesty King Abdullah arrived in Malaysia on Tuesday to take part in the works of the first Arab-Asian economic summit.



His Majesty is accompanied by ministers of the Royal Court, telecommunications
and information technology, administrative development, planning and
international cooperation.


His Majesty will award the founders of the New Asian Leaders at
a dinner banquet on Tuesday and hold talks with key figures in the
organisation.


On Wednesday, the King will address the summit on the prospects
of cooperation between the New Asian Leaders and the Arab Business
Council, both founded within the context of the World Economic Forum.
Also on the same day, King Abdullah will separately meet representatives
of Asian IT and industrial sectors.


In the last day of the summit, the details of the NAL initiative
on Jordan will be announced and it will focus on the field of joint
investments.
