His Majesty King Abdullah arrived in Berlin Tuesday evening at the start of a two-day official visit to Germany.
King Abdullah will hold talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on the situation in the Middle East and efforts to invigorate Palestinian-Israeli peace making with the goal of establishing an independent Palestinian state and realising lasting and comprehensive regional peace.
The King will also hold talks with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier on Jordanian-German ties and means to boost them in various domains.
King Abdullah is accompanied by Royal Court Chief Nasser Lozi, the King's Advisor Ayman Safadi and Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh.
