King and Queen Leave For London

Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al-Abdullah left Amman on Friday for London in an official visit to the United Kingdom that starts next week.
During the visit, His Majesty will discuss with the British officials ways to bolster bilateral ties between the two countries as well as the recent regional and international developments.
Their Majesties were seen off by their Royal Highnesses Prince Faisal Ben Al-Hussein and Princess Alia Al-Faisal, the Prime Minister, President of the Senate, the Royal Court Chief and other senior officials.
HRH Prince Raad Ben Zeid, the Chief Chamberlain, was sworn in as Regent.
