King Abdullah Meets Participants in Al al Bait Foundation Conference

His Majesty King Abdullah II met on Sunday evening with participants in the 13th of Al al Bait Foundation Conference, which was inaugurated under the Royal patronage in Amman on Saturday.



During a dinner banquet hosted by Prince Ghazi Bin Mohammad the Private Adviser for the King, his Majesty King Abdullah expressed his thanks and appreciation to Moslem intellectuals and scholars for their role in clarifying the true image of Islam and facing any attempt targeting our religion.



His Majesty the King praised the Islamic scholars in correcting the misconception on Islam and manifesting its true values and facing current issues with Islamic and scientific stance and solutions The-3 day conference aims to answer many questions related to Islam's stance towards Shura and democracy on thought and practice levels as well as differences between them.



Al al Bait Foundation whose President of Board Trustees is Prince Ghazi Bin Mohammad, is an independent Islamic foundation established in 1980, aims at introducing the religion(Islam) and Islamic thought, upgrading the Islamic research and studies and reviving the Arabic Islamic heritage.
