Talks between His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Royal Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa Al Khalifa of Bahrain Wednesday focused on means to develop bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, in addition to the latest developments in the Palestinian territories.

The two leaders affirmed keenness on continuing action to further cement the remarkable relations and activate joint cooperation between the two countries in all fields, particularly activating trade and investment exchange.

The two leaders` talks, during which Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa Al Khalifa held a dinner banquette on His Majesty`s honour, focused on the situation in the Palestinian territories. They affirmed the necessity that the international community should act for ending the actions of violence and prepare the proper ambiences for return to negotiations.

The path to a just and comprehensive peace comes by ensuring the Palestinian people attain their legitimate rights approved by international legitimacy resolutions, the two leaders affirmed.
