His Majesty King Abdullah II Tuesday received a letter from Iranian President Muhammad Khatami. The letter, which focused on bilateral relations between the two countries and means to develop them in all fields , in addition to the current developments in the region, was handed to His Majesty by Iranian ambassador to Jordan.

His Majesty received also a phone call from King Hamad Bin Issa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, where discussions focused on bilateral relations between the two countries, and opinion exchange pertaining developments of current situation in the Middle East and the developments of situation on the Palestinian arena.
