His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday said Jordan is keen to preserve the security and stability of Sudan, achieve national reconciliation and maintain peace in all Sudanese provinces.

The King made the remarks at a meeting with Sudanese Minister of Justice Abdel-Basit Sabdrat.

The minister conveyed the Sudanese President Omar Al Bashir's greetings to the King, voicing appreciation for Jordan's continued support for Sudan and the Kingdom's positions in defending Arab and Islamic rights at various levels.

He also stressed the eagerness of the Sudanese leadership in coordinating with Jordan to find a solution to the current crisis with the International Criminal Court.
