His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday expressed commitment to further strengthening Jordanian-Kuwaiti relations, especially in terms of parliamentary and legislative cooperation.

During a meeting with a visiting delegation from the Jordanian-Kuwaiti Parliamentary Friendship Committee, attended by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, King Abdullah expressed his pride in the strong bilateral relations and stressed the need for more efforts to further develop them.

The talks focused on regional developments, especially the repercussions of the crisis in Syria and efforts to achieve Middle East peace.
