Upon His Majesty King Abdullah's directives, the Hashemite Charity Caravans will start distributing food parcels to needy families across the Kingdom on Saturday.

The assistance, distributed on the occasion of Eid Al Adha, seeks to provide poor families with basic foodstuff sufficient to cover their needs for six months.

Royal Court Adviser Yousef Issawi said work is in progress to increase the number of families benefiting from the Royal Makruma.
