His Majesty King Abdullah met on Friday with several Spanish political and academic leaders and reviewed the challenges and developments in the Middle East and the world.

The political and academic Spanish leaders commended King Abdullah’s vision in analysing events and Jordan’s pivotal role to achieve peace in the Middle East and fight terror.

Europe, they said, looks to benefit from Jordan’s experience in hosting Syrian refugees to better deal with the refugee crisis it is currently facing.
