King leaves for Bahrain, Saudi Arabia

His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday, left the Kingdom on a visit to Bahrain, where he will hold talks with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, on bilateral relations and the current developments in the region.

After the visit to Manama, His Majesty is scheduled to head to Saudi Arabia to take part in the Fourth Summit of South American-Arab Countries to be hosted in Riyadh on Tuesday.

The summit aims at sustaining cooperation and coordination among member states of the Arab League and countries of South America in different fields.

His Royal Highness Prince Ra’ad bin Zeid was sworn in as Regent during the King’s absence.
