Two Royal Decrees were issued Wednesday appointing both Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mashal Zaben and Director of the General Intelligence Department Gen. Faisal Shobaki as advisers to His Majesty King Abdullah, while remaining in their present jobs.
