A Royal Decree on Tuesday appointed Major General Mohammad Dahabi as director general of the General Intelligence Department as of Dec. 20, 2005, succeeding Major General Samih Asfoura who received a letter from His Majesty King Abdullah voicing appreciation of his efforts.
