His Majesty King Abdullah said yesterday that Hezbollah has moved into politics, voicing hope that it will continue to move in that direction and pointing out that Hezbollah is an important part of the Lebanese society.

In an interview with the ABC's World News, His Majesty the King said that the Syrians "obviously have a problem with the international community concerning [UN Security Council] Resolution 1559." The King said he hoped they will deal with such an issue positively and move in the right direction.

Replying to a question concerning what would improve the image of the US in the world, the King said that moving positively in dealing with the Palestinian-Israeli issue and the Iraqi issue would change the perception of the United States in the Middle East for the better.
