His Majesty King Abdullah II and US President George W. Bush discussed Tuesday on the phone the latest political developments in the region, especially at the
Palestinian and Iraqi arenas.



King Abdullah underlined the importance for the US Administration to pursue its efforts aimed to enhance stability in the region and push the peace process to establish a viable independent Palestinian state.



The King and US president also discussed the bilateral ties, reiterating their interest to boost the cooperation relations in the various domains.
