His Majesty King Abdullah II has ordered distributing iftar meals to poor families and needy groups in various parts of the kingdom.



Iftar meals were also served to groups of these families at a number of charitable societies and social clubs in Amman and other cities.



Iftar meals will continue to be served during the holy fasting of Ramadan, a move aimed to strengthen ties of amity, affection and compassion amongst citizens.
