His Majesty King Abdullah II received on Sunday at Royal Court Sudanese Interior Minister Major Gen. Abdul Raheem Mohammad Hussein, who conveyed a letter to His Majesty the King from the Sudanese President Omar Hassan Al Basher related to situation in Darfur.



"The Sudanese government would reach a solution to Darfur's problem apart from external intervention, King Abdullah said affirming Jordan's keenness on the unity of Sudan's land and people.



Sudanese interior Minister briefed His Majesty the King on Sudan's stand towards Darfur's problem and the efforts exerted by Sudanese government to find a just solution to it.



The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Faisal Fayez, Minister of Royal Court Samir Al Rifai, Sudanese State Minister at Sudanese Foreign Ministry, Saleh Fadeel and Sudanese Ambassador to Amman.
