His Majesty King Abdullah II met on Monday with new Asian leaders and stressed his support for their efforts to promote cooperation between the Arab and Asian private sectors in all spheres.



During the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the WEF and attended by the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, the King deemed signing free- trade agreement between Jordan and Singapore as a real translation for the vision of strong economic and trade ties between the Asian countries.



For their part, the new Asian leaders expressed their appreciation over King Abdullah's vision and his role to enhance cooperation between the Asian leaders and their Arab counterparts, They also expressed the desire of Asian companies to invest in Jordan and benefit form the investment opportunities.
