His Majesty King Abdullah II will arrive in Germany on Tuesday on a brief visit, during which he will meet the German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Joschka Fischer.



In a statement to Jordan News Agency's correspondent in Germany, the Jordanian Ambassador to Germany Saleh Irsheidat said that this visit comes within King Abdullah's intensive efforts to push the peace process forward, urge the European Union countries to play a greater role in reviving the peace process and bringing the conflict parties to the negotiating table.



Irsheidat added that the King will discuss with the German side enhancing the distinguished relations between both countries, especially in the economic and investment fields.
