His Majesty King Abdullah II affirmed the importance of the role of the King Abdullah Development Fund in developing the local community through dealing with the economic and social aspects in the Kingdom with a new methodology that focuses on sustainable productivity.

during a meeting he chaired for the Board of Trustees of the fund, the King stressed the importance of making a better use of the potentials of Jordanians through a genuine and productive partnership between the public and private sectors which aim at finding a source of income for citizens and improving their standards of living.

Prime Minister Ali Abul Ragheb explained plans and goals that the fund seeks to achieve as well as the fund's role in supporting developmental projects. He also stressed the importance of increasing productivity and focusing on sustainable development in the development process.

The minister of planning for his part reviewed the vision, message and objectives of the fund in addition to its initiatives and pioneering programs.
