His Majesty King Abdullah II on Friday reviewed Jordan's efforts to liberalize telecommunications and the great potentials Jordanian telecommunications and information technology have.

During his meeting with directors of the telecommunication and information technology sector , His Majesty said that Jordanian efforts in this regard do not aim at only serving the Jordanian economy, but also go beyond Jordan to service the region at large.

Jordanian technology in the field of education has been exported to Bahrain , Saudi Arabia, UAE and Oman, he said.

His Majesty pointed out that the Jordanian private sector working in this field is very dynamic and managed to achieve long term partnership with world firms.
