His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday received visiting FIFA President Joseph Blatter.

During the meeting, attended by His Royal Highness Prince Ali, King Abdullah voiced his appreciation of Blatter's efforts to develop football globally.

The King also highlighted FIFA's role in developing the level of football in Jordan and the federation's support to programmes seeking to develop football in the Kingdom. At the meeting, they reviewed future programmes that will be implemented by the Jordan Football Association in cooperation with FIFA.
