His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday received Rami Dmour, a father who donated his deceased son's organs to save the lives of and help five children receiving treatment at King Hussein Medical Centre. The King extended his condolences to the Dmours, whose son, Raad, died in a road accident in Zarqa last week. King Abdullah also expressed his appreciation of the father's “nobility, which reflects true Jordanian values”. The transplants saved two children suffering from kidney failure, and a third from liver failure. Two others had their sight restored after having corneal transplants.
