King inspects new RJ airliners

His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday inspected two new Airbus 330 aircraft that joined the Royal Jordanian fleet to serve the growing number of long-and medium-haul flights to destinations in the Far East and the London and Europe routes.

King Abdullah was briefed by RJ Director General Hussein Dabbas on the technical specifications of the new aircraft as well as services they provide to passengers to enhance competitiveness of the national carrier.

King Abdullah also was shown a model of the new Airbus 330 aircraft used by major airlines in the world.

During the inspection, the King was accompanied by His Royal Highness Prince Feisal Bin Al Hussein, Prime Minister Samir Rifai, Royal Court Chief Nasser Lozi, King's Adviser Ayman Safadi and Transport Minister Alaa Batayneh.
