His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday telephoned Iraqi President Jalal Taliban and expressed his sincere and deep grief over Al-Aaimmah bridge accident which left hundreds of people killed or injuried.



The King stressed Jordan's support for Iraqi people in such difficult circumstances, expressing the Kingdom's readiness to receive causalities in Jordanian hospitals and send medicines and the necessary medical equipments to the Iraqi hospitals.



For his part, Iraqi President expressed his appreciation for King Abdullah's gesture.
