King commends air force’s performance

His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, on Tuesday paid a visit to the Muwafaq Salti Airbase.

The King, along with His Royal Highness Prince Feisal bin Al Hussein, listened to a briefing on the base’s tasks and duties from its commander, citing the sacrifices of the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF) pilots during wars.

His Majesty underlined that the martyrdom of pilot Moath Kasasbeh was an example of these “sacrifices and heroism”.

The King also commended the high level RJAF has reached and its precision in performing its duties.
