His Majesty King Abdullah on Thursday affirmed Jordan's support and solidarity with Lebanon.

During a telephone call with Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora, King Abdullah renewed Jordan's “strong condemnation” of the Beirut bombing that killed MP Walid Eido, his son and several other people.

The King urged Lebanese political parties and groups to “preserve Lebanese unity, stability and sovereignty”.
