The British media highlighted His Majesty King Abdullah`s three-day state visit to the United Kingdom which included a number of activities mainly the King`s meeting with Queen Elizabeth, his talks with British Prime Minister Tony Blair and the His Majesty`s speech before the British House of Commons in which the King affirmed the Palestinian people`s legitimate rights including an international recognition of an independent Palestinian state on the Palestinian national soil.

The British media also appreciated King Abdullah`s call for seizing the rare opportunity available now in the Middle East to settle the Arab-Israeli conflict. The media noted the King`s strong support to fight all forms of terrorism.
